The East Bay Regional Park District (“Park District”) reports biennially on its workforce profile in accordance
with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) regulations and annually to the Park
District’s AFSCME Local 2428 Workforce Diversity Committee as set forth in the operable Memorandum of
Understanding (“MOU”).
