Hello AFSCME members,
Your leadership team and the District have reached an agreement regarding the re-org! After several meetings and discussions, the District has made significant changes to their proposal to address the majority of the concerns and impacts that were raised by our members.
Thank you all for your willingness to speak at the Board meetings, write to your Board members and support your coworkers by attending the Board meetings. Your actions made a tremendous impact on the Board and completely changed the tone of our negotiations with management on this topic. Great job everyone!
